FROM THE SMOKER

--Here at Brewsters's Smokehouse & BBQ pit we've chosen to use Apple wood to prepare all our smoked items because we really like the pleasant, mild flavor that it enhances in your meat selection. Our Beef Brisket literally spends the night in our smoker for 14 hours to bring out the best of flavors and tenderness. All of our smoked items will be served to you dry allowing you to experiment with any of out five favorite sauces you'll find at the table... ENJOY!

This is rubbed and slow-roasted for 14 hours then thinly sliced.
